Set on the banks of the River Thames, an area once renowned for fishing, Chiswick, a large suburb of west London is now more favourably known for its leafy green, quiet suburb status that brings many relocating families to the area. With large open spaces such as Chiswick Common, Acton Green and Ravenscourt Park surrounding Chiswick, the area offers something found rarely in other parts of London in abundance.

There’s also numerous bars and independent stores alongside high street chains. During the day the area comes alive with shoppers, a relaxed, family-friendly ambience is clearly felt. Other key areas of interest is the towpath located in Strand on the Green and The City Barge Pub, once featured in The Beatles film, ‘Hard Day’s Night’ movie.

An area with great Primary Schools such as Belmont Primary and Chiswick and Bedford Park Preparatory School both received “outstanding” Ofsted reports, with Chiswick Secondary School and St. Pauls School scoring equally well with the board as well as parents.
